What are your operation hours?

Customer service hours: Monday – Sunday, (8am – 11pm)
Online Store: Open 24/7 (Orders after 10pm will be will be shipped out by 9am next day) Delivery Hours: Monday to Sunday: 9am – 10pm (including public holidays)

Do you offer free Delivery?

Free Standard Delivery is offered when RM199 or more is spent in one order and to one shipping address.

What are the delivery fees?

Standard Delivery: RM15 flat rate per order/shipping address and will be delivered within 2 working days after the order date for Klang valey areas Orders worth RM199 will be entitled for free standard delivery!

Same Day Delivery: RM30 per order on same day delivery for selected areas within Subang Jaya, Cheras, Putrajaya, Kajang, Semenyih, Puchong and Kuala Lumpur only. Areas outside these areas stated will be delivered within 2 days. *In case if product out of stock, our customer service representative will reach out to you for suitable substitution.

What happens in the event of Bad Weather or Delay of Delivery?

Bad Weather

For the safety of our delivery team, Naanee team may not be able to deliver your order in the event of bad weather conditions. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as it’s safe for our delivery team to do so. Our team will send out timely updates to communicate at any expected delays.

Delay NOT due to bad weather circumstances

Should your order not reach you within the terms of our delivery guarantee, please contact our customer support and we will review your case. When your case has been verified by our team, your delivery fee will be waived and credited back to your account.

Orders / Returns

Is there a minimum order requirement?

The minimum order requirement is RM 50.00 per order.

Is there a maximum order limit?

None.

Is SST and Delivery Charges included in the product listed price?

All prices are inclusive of SST, however, delivery charges are NOT inclusive unless it’s a promotional gift set stating free delivery on the site. Please refer to the cart checkout page for a full cost breakdown.

Can I place a corporate or bulk order?

Can I change/cancel an order after payment has been placed? 

For any changes or cancellations out of the cancellation window, the full delivery charges will be incurred as each order is processed immediately and our riders may already be dispatched. Please contact our fulfillment center at +60387269447 to change / cancel your order.

How do track my order and/or Delivery status?

What if my orders are incomplete, damaged or lost in delivery?

We advise you to check your order thoroughly before acknowledging the courier’s receipt of delivery. Should you find product that are broken or missing, do not accept the delivery. Detail the damage or loss on the courier’s delivery receipt, and send them back. Please get in touch with our customer support at +60387269447 and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims with the delivery company.

Can I return/exchange my products to NaaNee?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s), get in touch with our customer support within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll try our best to assist you in resolving the matter. Please note that as our products are perishable and sensitive to storage conditions, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for health and safety reasons. 

If the product is unopened (shrink wrap intact):

1) Contact our Drinkies Fulfilment Centre to request for a ‘Return Product’ pick-up.

2) We will arrange for a pick-up time, and send our riders down to collect your return products in exchange for a new product.

3) Upon receipt of returned product at our fulfilment centre, we will conduct the necessary inspection of the product.

If the product has been opened and/or consumed:

1) Not more than (90%) products should be consumed,. We will retrieve these samples for safety and quality inspection purposes.

2) Contact our Drinkies Fulfilment Centre to request for a ‘Return Product’ pick-up

3) We will arrange for a pick-up time and send our riders down to collect your collect your return products in exchange for a new product.

3) Upon receipt of returned product at our fulfilment centre, we will conduct the necessary inspection of the product.

How can I apply a promo code?

You can apply a promo code during the payment stage of your checkout process. The promo code can be applied after the payment method selection under “I have a promo code”. If the promo code is valid, its benefits will be reflected in your order summary.

Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?

We do not accept Cash on Delivery at the moment, but our team is working to enable this feature as soon as we can.

Are payments made on your site secured?

If you opt for online banking, the transaction goes through your chosen banking service. We advise to ensure that this is a trusted source, and that we will not be responsible for any transaction related cases, unless the error is on our end, with your chosen service.

When will my order be charged? 

Your card will only be charged upon successful receipt of your order. You will receive an email update when your payment is successful. Occasionally, emails may end up in your Junk or Spam mail folder. You may also refer to your bank statement for transaction details. Please note that the transaction might take up to 3 business days to show on your bank statement, dependent on your chosen bank’s practices.

How do I request for an official receipt or a Sales Tax Invoice?

Upon successful transaction, you will receive a official sales tax invoice with your Order Confirmation email.

Can I request for a refund on my order to NaaNee?

How do I make a purchase on NaaNee.my?

It’s simple, safe and convenient! Add your favorite drinks to the basket. Once you have finished choosing the products you want, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right of your screen. Review the items you have chosen. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be asked to fill in your contact details (delivery address, telephone, name) and credit card information. Once you are finished, NaaNee.my will dispatch your order.

Can I order without limit?

There is no limit to the total order drinks.

Is the site secure?

Of course! We take security and online safety very seriously. We have invested significant resources in building a secure website using the most advanced technology. We ensure that all information is kept confidential by using the most advanced security methods and encryption systems available today. All data transferred from your device to our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This method scrambles the content and makes them a meaningless sequence of symbols, letters and numbers cannot be decrypted.

What are the forms of payment?

We accept all American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through FPX or online Bank Transfers.

What is your returns policy?

At NaaNee.my we sell well known, high quality brands of alcohol so when you place an order you can be confident that you’re getting exactly what you’re expecting.

We are happy to accept returns of product that are delivered damaged or unusable for any reason. We don’t expect this to ever happen but please call our customer service line within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does.

Because we already offer the best prices and FREE delivery, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.

Can I deliver to an international address?
